In 2007 the Managed Service Practice was established to provide a new service model for enterprises. Centralised services were developed providing scale and cost benefits for our customers. With the continued development of Cloud services, the service model has become richer and more cost effective. Our service evolved to a full Cloud Managed Service offering. Our expertise in Cloud environments can allow enterprises to access services that would be beyond reach to build themselves.


Two long standing consultancies have now come together to create a practice with a core focus on Digital Process Automation. Creating effortless digital experiences for your customers, employees and partners. Andrew Tippett

Executive Director 

As an IT Management consultant Andrew works with senior IT management to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Andrew brings a background in operations and infrastructure management across numerous vertical markets both locally and internationally, Using this experience to scope, design and create efficient and cost effective operations environments.

Business degree qualified with 25 plus years in senior management positions, including management of teams up to 100 staff members with operational budgets exceeding $50m.


Paul Dickson

Executive Director 

Through consulting and C-suite executive roles Paul has worked with boards and executive teams to develop strategies, operating models, and programs to achieve strategic objectives.  Delivering fundamental change across industrials, telco, property, banking and Government sectors.

Paul’s focus is on delivering digital change and organisational performance improvement. Driving operational performance through strong partnerships between technology and business. Evolving new business models by leveraging digital technology.

Studying computer engineering with a strong technical background. Paul's passion for consulting is driven by the desire to leverage advances in application development architecture and sensor hardware to deliver operational improvement and new digital business models.
